Job SummaryProvides locksmith services.Job DutiesProvides installation, maintenance and repair of doors, door frames, door hardware and all types of mechanical and electronic locking systems.Cuts new keys.Opens conventional and electronic locks, and safes.Regularly inspects and adjusts fire-rated door assemblies to assure compliance with the Life Safety Code (NFPA 0), the Standard for Fire Doors and Other Opening Protectives (NFPA 80) and the rules promulgated by the PA Dept.of Health and The Joint Commission.Makes the initial diagnosis of door and hardware problems on door assemblies equipped with powered operators and coordinates their resolution with the applicable vendors.Makes the initial diagnosis of
