BUSINESS & TALENT DEVELOPMENT COACH, CONSULTANT, & EXPERT
Location: NY, NY
As a certified career and business development coach, my clients want more forward momentum in their careers, compensation, and courage. Lawyers partner with me to take their careers from uninspired and uncertain to unstoppable.
Having been a former award-winning senior legal officer for a Fortune 50 company,
I am industry-tested and connected with my hand on the pulse of the legal market. I understand what it takes to have attorneys stand out in their careers, the interview process, and business development. In short, I know what companies look for when hiring both inside and outside lawyers and how to get you on their radar and in the room.
My clients have not only found their dream jobs and developed books of business, they understand how to do it in the future. They also have reported increased confidence, ability to get out of their comfort zone and executive presence.
My clients have complimented me on my industry knowledge and the fact that I help they understand the business of law in a way no one else had explained it to them. I teach them how to be successful in the legal profession, as well as unleash their talents. My clients appreciate my direct feedback, my personalized approach to their development as well as my unwavering support. My clients have commented that they appreciate how much I keep my eyes and ears open for opportunities that could benefit them.
I coach mid- senior lawyers who either with firms or in-house. Generally, the attorneys I coach are looking to build a more successful career and/or business. My attorneys are extremely diverse and come from a variety of backgrounds.

Before joining MetLife, I was at the law firm of Thacher Proffitt & Wood.
