Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryPerforms maintenance services and /or repairs in two or more areas of skill including but not limited to plumbing, machine servicing and electrical repairs or installations for the properties maintained by Quadrangle Housing Company. Estimates time and determines materials required to complete various projects. The maintenance Technician II will complete these repairs and preventive maintenance as required for the general upkeep of the properties of Quadrangle Housing Company. Performs all work under the general supervision of the maintenance supervisor, and in accordance with established safety procedures.
