Maintenance Tech - PlumberDescription Performs skilled tasks such as repairing and maintaining steam lines, chilled water lines, and sewer lines. Installs new equipment such as sinks, tubs, toilets, water heaters, etc. Examines drainage systems for obstructions and necessary repairs.
