The preferred candidate will be located in or near one the following ZIP codes: 30338, 30340, 30346, 30360, 30084 SUMMARY Performs general preventive maintenance and corrective repair of buildings, industrial systems, equipment and grounds. Working under close supervision, assists in monitoring building system operations and performance. Utilizes several trade skills such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, heating and cooling. Company vehicle and fuel card provided to perform general facilities maintenance in multiple store locations. The successful candidate must pass a pre-employment post-offer drug test, physical and background check and have a clean driving record.
