Description: Independently maintain, improve and expand all residential facilities. Provide an adequate, safe and attractive area in which to learn and improve educational skills, knowledge and professions. This position inspects areas to be secured by locking mechanisms and repairs to building components, assists with maintenance campus-wide master keying systems; consults in design and modification recommendation and ensures proper record maintenance of all keys.Primary Function of Organizational Unit: The Physical Plant is responsible for providing services relative to building and grounds maintenance, utilities, transportation, trash removal, central receiving, recycling, disposition of surplus property and moving and hauling.
