Lead Maintenance Technician
QUALIFICATIONS: Associates degree or certification in a related field and a minimum of 4 years of related experience or high school diploma and a minimum of 10 years of related experience in facility maintenance or construction. Be able to read and work from blueprints and specifications. Driver's license required. Must have a good work ethic, positive attitude, professional appearance. Must have the ability to lift at least 50lbs and be able to climb ladders, frequently walk, push, pull, kneel, crawl, stand, reach, and lift. Must be able to work safely around and with high voltage and high-pressure equipment. Must be able to work safely at height above 30 feet.
