Maintenance Technician II (Locksmith) - Real Estate
Scheduled Hours37.5Position SummaryPerforms maintenance lock-and-key service and/or repairs utilizing industry standard âœBestâ system for the properties maintained by Off-Campus Real Estate. Troubleshoots lock related issues to provide functional locking hardware on all residential and commercial properties as required. Estimates time and determines materials required to complete various projects. The Maintenance Technician II will complete these repairs and preventative maintenance as required for the general upkeep of the properties of Off-Campus Real Estate. Performs all work under the general supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor or Operations Manager, and in accordance with established safety procedures.Job
