Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time - Day
You Will Be Responsible For:
- Assist in operation and general maintenance of painting, plumbing, HVAC, locksmith, and alarm systems. Performs essential repairs and other duties as requested
- Troubleshoots, analyzes, repairs problems. Diagnosis and repair system malfunctions on all equipment as scheduled or needed under general supervision
- Coordinates and performs testing of systems as required by codes
- Responds to in-house Work Orders and PM’s on a daily basis, and in a timely manner
- Under general supervision may be required to respond to emergency calls
QualificationsWhat You Will Need:
- Ability to perform electrical equipment maintenance, installations and modifications per all applicable codes and regulations
- Ability to assist in contributing to system training manuals and upgrades as changes occur
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
- Must have the ability to document records neatly and accurately
- Ability to generate requisitions for materials and supplies
- Ability to assign priority and teams in a timely manner
- Ability to instruct others as per blueprints and work from sketches
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form
- Ability to read, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volumes
- Knowledge of safe handling and maintenance of tools and equipment
- Basic Microsoft office computer skills
- High School Education or GED
- Two years of maintenance experience
- Valid state driver’s licenses
Job Summary:
Performs routine preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and systems throughout the facility. Inspects and tests equipment. Follows established procedures and receives daily instruction on work. Responsible for general maintenance related to the facility and assists other trades as needed. Performs the installation, maintenance, and repair for the organization. Assists in operation and general maintenance of all essential repairs related to the facility.
