Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Locksmith will perform advanced level industry experience for service, repair, and installation of all door hardware, including fire rated exit devices, closers, mortise, cylindrical and electronic locking hardware.
Understanding and have knowledge of hardware manufacturer installation specifications and guidelines.
Knowledge and skill to make necessary comments and submittals.
Complete all tasks that relate to keying a building.
Manage/complete all paperwork associated with re-keys.
Key meetings, pinning cores, cutting keys.
Installation of hardware.
Prefer 3+ years of locksmith experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel), experience in AIM work order system, as well as computer skills for data entry and keying system records.
Working knowledge of large-scale Master key systems for agencies and universities.
